REFINERY GAS ANALYZERS -JAS Mach-RGA GC
The JAS Mach-RGA is a multi-channel analyzer based on the Agilent 7890 GC, equipped with two Thermal Conductivity Detectors (TCD's), one Flame Ionization Detector (FID) and a JAS ValveBox option. This valve box option accommodates the sampling- and column switching valves as well as the micro-packed columns.
Refinery gas in general includes a variety of gasmixtures coming from a wide range of sources in the refining process of crude oil. Measuring these gas compositions precisely and accurately is a significant challenge in today’s refinery operations. This requires a versatile, flexible and robust analyzer.
The JAS Refinery Gas Analyzer (Mach-RGA) is such a dedicated analyzer, designed to analyse these gases in a fast, accurate and repeatable way.

NATURAL GAS ANALYZER -NGA GC
The JAS Natural Gas Analyzer is a multi-channel analyzer based on the Agilent 7890 GC.The natural gas used by consumers consists mainly of methane with some C2-C6 hydrocarbon and permanent gas impurities.
However, raw natural gas may come from different sources, oil wells, gas wells and condensate wells, and is not pure when initially produced. The natural gas composition also differs depending on the source. In order to analyze these different natural gas compositions accurately, various natural gas analyzer configurations are required.
The JAS Natural Gas Analyzer can be configured for the analysis of each type of natural gas and is compliant with all common used natural gas methods, like GPA 2261, GPA 2186, GPA 2286, ASTM D 1945, ISO 6974 etc.

A SimDis report gives valuable information on the boiling point distribution of crude oils and petroleum feeds. The FPA Pro Autosampler is the latest addition to the Vision-series product line, an automated accessory specifically developed for use with the FPV Pro analyzer.
